Future Girls Club

The Future Girls Club will provide mentorship, leadership, and education programs that will help girls build their confidence and gain the necessary skills to be successful in their future endeavors. We believe that this will channel a sense of community and collaboration among all members, and ultimately lead to a brighter future for all.

Empowerment

We seek to find more ways to help each other and impact each other's lives as sisters both financially (Susu, or dues, loans, or percentages) and non-financially (recommending your sisters to better opportunities for their businesses, or job opportunities). We want to help each other become financially independent, and support each other in our endeavors. We also want to create a strong network of support, where we can rely on each other for advice and guidance. We want to be a sisterhood that lifts each other up.

 

Education

As girls, it is important that we receive the right coaching and guidance from peers and mentors. Based on our society, this can be achieved mostly through in-depth discussions (this self-esteem and self-confidence were really good) or by mothers sharing their experiences and giving some advice. It is also important for girls to stay connected to powerful female role models, such as successful authors, entrepreneurs, and other inspiring figures. This can remind us of our potential and help us to build the courage to pursue our dreams.

 

Social Gatherings

We are quite big on having fun and hanging out but without alcohol. We can have pool parties, dinners, and visit nice places. This helps us build that rapport with each other which establishes trust. We also want to create a stronger bond between the sisters by sharing our stories, experiences, and knowledge. We plan to do this through regular meetings and online chats where we can learn from and inspire each other. We are looking for ways to help each other grow and reach our goals. We also want to encourage each other to be more active and engaged with our community by volunteering or participating in social initiatives. Together, we can make a difference and create a positive impact.
