We suggest students use their vacations to explore their interests and engage in activities that spark their curiosity. These activities can help them to develop new skills, gain knowledge, and become more creative.

Lack of skills

There are a lot of things that can be done easier, faster, and even better with career skills. People with skills are the ones who survive in today's hard economy because it has become inevitable to stay ahead of the competition. They make the most of opportunities and create more opportunities for themselves. They can adapt to the ever-changing environment and thrive in it with their knowledge and skills.

Joblessness

As you make your way to college, you can create your own jobs. Depending on your skills, you may choose to teach others or perform the job yourself. Both are considered employment. As a result of your skills, you have an advantage when it comes to being employed. You can create your own business or freelance, giving you control over your career trajectory. You can also take advantage of opportunities that may not be available in a traditional job. Finally, you can use this flexible employment to gain experience and hone your skills.

Assisting Organizations

This allows you to help your school, church, community, and organizations in return. As a team member, you become a value-added individual because you helped them implement tasks/projects. You also become a role model for others and can inspire them to become volunteers. In addition, you can build meaningful relationships with others and gain leadership skills.

Communication
Communication is a course in which you will learn the fundamentals of digital media and how to use it effectively. You will gain insight into the latest trends and technologies, and you will have the chance to create and share your own projects. will provide an opportunity to use the knowledge acquired in Communication in a creative and practical way. You will be able to improve your presentation and storytelling skills, as well as explore topics such as improvisation and collaboration.

Performance Arts

Music and movies are part of the Performance Arts course. Through this course, you will learn how to create and deliver powerful presentations and stories. You will also gain an understanding of the fundamentals of improvisation, collaboration, and performance. Finally, you will be able to apply your knowledge to create music and movie projects including the “Scar Movie Club.”

Fashion

The course on Fashion Design will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to create stunning fashion designs. You will learn how to develop and communicate your ideas through illustration and sketching, as well as gain an understanding of fabrics and the manufacturing process. Finally, you will be able to create your own fashion collection.

Teen-Entrepreneurship
Teen-Entrepreneurship, a mini-program within BEYOND, focuses on three main areas: entrepreneurship, leadership, and project management. Through this mini-program, students will create their own projects, businesses, or programs, which they can develop further and launch into the market. They will also gain valuable business skills.

• Our Entrepreneurship course will cover topics such as marketing, budgeting, costing, and production. You will also have the opportunity to develop professional partnerships with local suppliers. Finally, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to run a business.
• Leadership course focuses on developing the capacity to lead and manage people. It includes topics such as communication, team dynamics, and problem-solving skills. It also looks at how to manage resources and develop strategies that will make organizations more effective.
• Project Management provides you with the knowledge and skills to become a successful project manager. You will be able to manage projects from start to finish and have the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills. In addition, you will learn how to effectively communicate with stakeholders and colleagues.
