FGC June Meeting | 2023

On the last Sunday in June, the members of the FGC (Future Girls Club) gathered at Pastor Ruth Kiawu's residence for their monthly meeting. The FGC girls were in for a delightful surprise!

What's Cooking, Boys?

As the FGC girls arrived at the meeting, they were greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of their favorite dishes. The boys of FGI (Future Group International) had taken it upon themselves to prepare a scrumptious feast for everyone to enjoy. Talk about a pleasant surprise! Everyone was excited to dig in, and the boys were proud of their accomplishment. It was a great bonding experience for the entire group and it set the tone for a productive meeting.

Food for Thought

With plates piled high with delectable treats, the FGC girls couldn't help but dive right in. From savory appetizers to mouthwatering main courses and irresistible desserts, the boys of FGI had truly outdone themselves. It was a feast fit for kings and queens!

As they savored each bite, the FGC girls couldn't help but appreciate the boys' culinary skills. It was clear that a lot of effort and love had gone into preparing this feast. The boys had not only provided food but also created a memorable experience for everyone.

A Surprise Worth Savoring

The surprise feast brought the FGC girls closer together. Laughter filled the air as they shared stories, jokes, and of course, their love for good food. It was a delightful reminder of the strong bond they shared as members of the same community.

As the meeting came to an end, the FGC girls couldn't help but express their gratitude to the boys of FGI. Their surprise had made the day even more special and memorable. It was a gesture that would be cherished for a long time to come.

Food, Friends, and Fun

The event at Pastor Ruth Kiawu Gyamfi's Residence was not just about the food; it was about the joy of coming together as a community. Pastor Ruth also shared her experiences, offer mentorship and coaching. The FGC girls and the boys of FGI realized that food has a unique way of bringing people closer, creating lasting memories, and fostering friendships.

So, the next time you gather with your friends, why not surprise them with a delicious feast? It doesn't have to be extravagant; it's the thought and effort that count. Who knows, you might just create a memorable experience that will be talked about for years to come!

Our gratitude goes out to God for leading us through the process of becoming better people and making better choices. It has been a great month for my sisters. Thanks to all of you for keeping it together. Ps Emmanuel Gyamfi and Ps. Ruth Kiawu Gyamfi, our parents, thank you so much for having us at your residence. Thank you for not giving up on us as well. Our sincere gratitude goes to our mother, Ruth Kiawu Gyamfi, for instilling in us the value of self-worth and hard work. It has been a pleasure spending time with you, your life is an example for us to follow. During the May Session of the Future Girls Club (FGC), the boys from Future Group International (FGI) prepare some delicacies, and they served us well. It was so nice to be spoiled. We have boys who can cook meh. We had a great time, ate a lot, and learned a lot. We are looking forward to another amazing month, June. Bur God there!! - Emma J. Greene FGC Director
